Bribery Commitment Declaration Form Template
A one-page declaration for staff and business associates to sign, confirming they understand and will adhere to the anti-bribery management system, its policies, and all applicable bribery legislation. It also gives them a route to flag training needs or raise comments at the point of signing.
ISO 37001 expects organisations to secure commitment to anti-bribery controls from people working for and on behalf of the organisation (clause 8.6, Anti-bribery Commitments), backed by awareness of what's expected of them (clause 7.3, Awareness).
